Research

TPP employs a model of integrated evidence-based research and development that leverages collaboration between Tanzanian and MSU researchers to expand knowledge while informing the practice of development. Faculty and students from all four partner universities participate in project development, evaluation, and publication of their work in articles, reports, and evaluations.

TPP Research Grants support: Research methodologies that generate new knowledge in TPP priority areas. Research processes that embody TPP’s community-engaged approach. Interdisciplinary workgroups committed to an inclusive, adaptive design approach, that are co-led by faculty members at MSU and Tanzanian universities.
